The Monetary Authority of Macao (AMCM), in collaboration with the Macau Institute of Financial Services (IFS), provided two weeks of intensive training for insurance examiners of the portuguese-speaking countries and  Associação de Supervisores de Seguros Lusófonos (ASEL), and invited Mr. Paulo Barbosa, Chairman of Board of Supervisors, as one of the lecturers.

Mr. Barbosa conducted a training session on "Macao Insurance Market" and "Retirement Solutions in Macao" for twelve insurance examiners in IFS on 9th May 2023.
